Following the direct sponsor incentive, a member can recruit unlimited members as direct sponsorship. Every recruitment makes 166.66 INR and on every three participant gets a unit of 500 INR. If a CPM makes his/her level on 21 % continuously up to three months will be selected for the Excutive Member (ECV) of the organisation. An ECV will be eligible for the Royality incentive according to the Corporate Royality Holder's table. Which may be Generation to generation beneficiary. An EBM can recruit a DPM Directly for traditional plan of the organisation and shell our centre authority in all over India. But an appropriate PM can cell only centres authority in his/her criteria.

1. If a member like to take a prescribed amount in exchange for a gift, then the remaining
amount can be withdrawn by duducting 10% handling charges, TDS and Taxes as set

3. Corporate business table from the first date of each month and will be closed on the last

4. Payment of all the amounts will be issued by cheque till the fifteen day of next month.

A programming manager or an executive can recruit maximum ten BPM and a BPM can recruit maximum ten PPM . PPM has a taget to recruit of 4500 participant in a year from three panchayat. PPM can receive an amount of Rs 200, BPM Rs. 25 and PM Rs. 15 and ECV Rs. 10 on each participant. After completion the target of three panchayat PPM will be entitle to undercover next three panchayat. Traditional old PPM, PM or excutive will be entitled to this advantage. They need not to take new membership but they have to fill the new form without any contribution along with xerox and origional copy of authority letter. The origional copy will be returned after ten days. If he wants to work in plan "B" then it will be necessary to take a new ID @ 1100.
Contribution amount for a new BPM will be Rs 5,000/- and for PPM a sum of Rs 3,000/-.
If the percentage level is zero according to the differential incentive chart (Advantage '3'), the 2% over riding incentive will be received by your immediate CV. and appropriate percentage of your direct CV. It will be for direct sponsor only.
2% on over all CV will be distributed as royality among the ECV and 1% extra for EBM Directors. An EBM Director will have to serve the team development/meeting or seminars according to the organisation.
Any can donate as a contribution for the upliftment for poor and scholarship. In this plan, you can get 30% as a direct corporate incentive and 40% as a CV. in this plan, PK participant will be start from minimum contribution of 3,000.
