       भारत के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति डॉ कलाम साहब का यह विचार अतिउत्तम है कि जबतक बिहार और झारखंड विकसित नहीं होगा तबतक भारत का विकसित होना संभव नहीं है , इसीकारण हमारी संस्था पिछले १२ वर्षों से बिहार और झारखंड में काम कर रही है और इसी मद्देनजर तथा सर्वर साइट एवं सुविधाजनक प्रबंधन के मद्देनजर इस बहाली की प्रक्रिया भारतवर्ष के विभिन्न राज्यों में १२ चरणों में आयोजित की जाएगी। वर्तमान प्रथम चरण में केवल बिहार और झारखण्ड हेतु आवेदन आहूत की गयी है, अतः इस चरण में चयनित आवेदकों के नियुक्ति के बाद ही क्रमशः अन्य राज्यों हेतु भी मुख्य पटल पर सन्देश प्रदर्शित दिया जाएगा। प्रत्येक चरण के नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने में अधिकतम तीन माह का समय लग सकता है। इस प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण होने के क्रम में दुर्भाग्यवश किसी भी प्रकार का आकस्मिक व्यवधान उत्पन्न होने के कारण इसके समय सीमा में वृद्धि हो सकती है। अपने राज्य का चरण क्रम जानने लिए नीचे सूची देखें।
