What is "SEP"?

What is "MID-BRAIN"?

The midbrain is an area of the brain that, as you might have guessed, is in the middle of two other regions: the forebrain and the hindbrain. The forebrain is the 'front' (fore) brain and is composed of the cerebral cortex, the area that most people think of as the 'brain'; it's the 'super computer' of the human body. The hindbrain, or 'back' (hind) brain, is composed of the cerebellum and the pons and medulla oblongata (or medulla, for short) of the brainstem; it is evolutionarily the oldest part of our brain, controlling primal instincts and automated actions of the body, such as our 'fight or flight' response and heart rate. The midbrain, on the other hand, acts most notably as the information superhighway connecting these two regions. It enables your brain to integrate sensory information from your eyes and ears with your muscle movements, thereby enabling your body to use this information to make fine adjustments to your movements.

What is "MID-BRAIN" Activation?

Mid brain activation is the technique of improving the function of our middle brain. The secret to activating the powers of the right brain lies in the Midbrain (Interbrain/Mesa encephalon). The Interbrain / Mesa encephalon is in turn controlled by the Pineal Gland - This gland is about the size of a grape but begins to shrink as we age and is affected by hormonal changes that take place during puberty. Midbrain is the control device for the left and right brain. It is also the bridge and a key to open the subconscious. Midbrain activation awakens the cerebrum's potential power by the highly effective memory, reversal of stress, absorbing power, induction force and dedicated strength and so on. It lets the mental ability display in the study. Basically once midbrain activation starts, brain waves can be increased with age or if neglected it can gradually weaken. If you continue to practice with the brain waves, it keeps getting enhanced. Midbrain activation allows the brain to function as a whole, rather than only utilizing one part of the brain.
